Analysis Of Influencing Factors On The Adjustment Of Planting Industry Structure In Hami

At present,China’s grain production experience for many years,the development of agriculture faces resource constraints become increasingly tight,the ecological environment more and more pressure,coupled with the continuous upgrading of consumption structure and industrial development,as well as the domestic and foreign market depth of integration,the structural contradictions of planting industry began to highlight,imperative a new round of adjustment of planting structure.Therefore,agriculture on the"national planting structure adjustment planning(2016-2020)stressed that to promote agricultural supply side structural reform,we must accelerate the transformation of development mode,adjust and optimize planting structure.Therefore,to carry out related research on the planting structure,promoting agricultural supply side reform.It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of agriculture and increase farmers’ income.This paper takes Hami city as the research object,which is the typical county and city in Xinjiang,based on the comparative advantage theory,industrial structure theory,factor endowment theory,industry structure of planting at home and abroad by means of literature adjustment to sort out the relevant research results,and the use of field survey to obtain relevant data,through statistical analysis,qualitative and quantitative contribution with the method of structure change of gross output value of farming in Hami city nearly fifteen years of growth were analyzed,the indexes of the total output value of Hami city of agricultural growth is analyzed,at the same time according to different crops were analyzed in different periods of structural change contribution.On this basis,screening effect Hami City plant indicators of industry structure change model,by the method of factor analysis,statistical analysis of each index of change of planting structure influence on the multivariate linear regression method.Finally,according to the Hami city planting industry structure adjustment problems in existence and significant factors influencing the adjustment of planting structure,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Then draw the following conclusions:(1)The effects of the total output value of planting industry in Hami city growth index,according to the contribution of the sequence is as follows:the planting structure,planting area,yield per unit area,price,regional structure.Hami city planting structure adjustment direction for the structure of grain crops should be fine-tuning,economic crop structure.Major food crops,should slightly increase the proportion of wheat area,thereby increasing the planting structure of the contribution;reduce the amount of corn acreage proportion increase the planting structure on the output growth.Economic crops,to lower cotton,jujube,the proportion of area of greenhouse vegetable planting structure to increase the contribution to improve the proportion of area;Increasing the proportion of melon and grape in order to increase the contribution of planting structure to the increase of output value;(2)Through the empirical analysis of the impact factors of Hami’s planting structure changes,which shows that the income of urban residents and rural residents income is the dominant impact on the change of planting structure,planting product index,impact of agricultural products price index is the smallest,the rate of city,agricultural insurance,capacity of reservoir irrigation area and the influence degree of the change of planting structure in agriculture,planting,the number of employees in the influence of the second.
