Research On Payment And Settlement Process Optimization For X Bank's Small And Medium Enterprises Customers

In the 21st century,under the background of global economic integration and the vigorous development of Internet finance,the environment of commercial banks in China has already undergone tremendous changes.Urban commercial banks need to constantly seek new ways of development in order to improve the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of banks.This paper takes the payment and settlement business process of small and medium-sized enterprises in X Bank as the research object,focusing on the optimization and implementation of payment and settlement business.Firstly,the paper analyses the current situation of payment and settlement business process management of X Bank's small and medium-sized enterprises,and finds out that the operation efficiency of payment and settlement business of X Bank's small and medium-sized enterprises is low,and deeply analyses the main causes of these problems.Such as business process design deficiencies,system support capacity deficiencies and poor service management effect.Secondly,on the basis of the above problems and causes analysis,the paper uses The Process Optimization Theory to design and optimize business service operation process,uses Service Management Theory to design and build business service interaction platform,and uses Quality Management Theory to design and deepen service quality management system,and comprehensively optimizes the payment and settlement business of X Bank's small and medium-sized enterprises.Finally,the paper evaluates the implementation effect of the process optimization scheme,carries out quantitative analysis from the GYROSCOPE evaluation system,the operation index of payment and settlement business and customer satisfaction of small and medium-sized enterprises,and makes qualitative analysis from customer satisfaction,risk control and resource allocation,which shows that the payment and settlement business of X Bank has greatly improved its operation efficiency.The research results of this paper will provide reference for the management and process optimization of payment and settlement business of small and medium-sized enterprises in urban commercial banks.
