Due to the popularity of the Internet,people are becoming accustomed to online shopping.This has led to the development of e-commerce in China and has brought about tremendous changes in people's daily life.Traditional payment methods are not only limited by time,but also limited by space.Therefore,people have poor convenience and high costs.Third-party payment comes about in this context.The development of third-party payment companies benefits from the popularization of the Internet and the development of e-commerce.Because of its rapid development and overlap with existing banking services,China's commercial banks are bound to face the challenges posed by third-party payment.Commercial banks face these challenges and must actively respond and think about effective coping strategies.The main contents of the article include the development status and trends of third-party payment in China,comparison of their respective characteristics,game analysis of third-party payment and China's commercial banks,the impact of third-party payment business development on China's commercial banks,and summarizing the response strategies of foreign banking industry.On the basis of the above understanding,we should explore what kind of coping strategies China's commercial banks should take.This article compares and analyzes the methods,and concludes that the commercial bank's operation is more advantageous than the third-party payment in terms of payment security,social credibility and credit system;using the analysis method of the hybrid strategy game,it is analyzed that China's third-party payment is in competition with commercial banks.Relationship with cooperation.Although there is currently a situation of confrontation,this is only a temporary competitive pressure.According to the conclusion of the mixed strategy game,both parties will eventually choose a cooperation strategy.The impact of third-party payment on China's commercial banks is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: First,the deposit and loan business is diverted;second,the intermediary business is squeezed,and the payment and settlement business is the most affected.The paper selected 16 listed banks'fee and commission income for 2012-2016 and payment and settlement business income as the two indicators of fee and commission income to reflect the impact of third-party payment on commercial bank's payment and settlement business.The results showed 16 companies.The overall fee and commission income of commercial banks showed an upward trend with an average annual growth rate of 30.08%.The payment and settlement business revenue accounted for a decrease in overall fee and commission income,with an average decrease of18.04%.Third,the current customer resources of commercial banks are continuously being lost;the fourth is to bring challenges to the overall business model of commercial banks.As a financial service institution,commercial banks must always place their customers at the top of the list.Only by fully taking into account the needs of customers,can they design the right financial products and bring new profitable points to the banks.In addition,we should vigorously develop intermediate businesses,innovate traditional businesses,actively develop online banking and direct selling banks,build our own e-commerce platform,strengthen cooperation with third-party payments,and adopt coping strategies for acquisition of controlling third-party payments,and follow the trend of the times.The Internet excavates data and makes full use of its own advantages to make up for its shortcomings and eventually achieve a win-win situation.
