Inclusive finance,as a contemporary national strategy,provide appropriate and effective services to all sectors and micro enterprises,three rural,entrepreneurship and innovation,poverty alleviation and other fields.In recent years,government policies to support commercial banks in developing inclusive finance have been introduced,commercial banksfully absorb the dividend of inclusive financial policies.Commercial banks listed in inclusive finance business unit,to become the backbone to promote the development of inclusive finance.They expand the scale of inclusive finance,improve customer struction,create new business growth points,to promote the transformation of traditional banking business and achieve breakthrough development under the new normal.The CCB S branch studied in this article as a large state-owned commercial bank,has experienced a long history of development,huge assets,large number of customers,locating advantages and economies of scale that other banks cannot match.In front of market economy new situation and new change,CCB S branch stand up for "National interest first,service construction-criented",establish inclusive finance as the development strategy of the whole bank,focus on overall layout.How to choose competitive strategy,play its own advantages to win a leading position in the market,becoming the focus of this paper.Through the enterprise strategic management theory and inclusive finance research literature reading,this article expound the main idea of strategic management theory,keep abreast of the latest development;explain the connotation and development course of inclusive finance,and review the valuable inclusive finance competitive strategy research literature.This article apply PEST analysis?Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the macroscopic environment which the CCB S branch locates roundly,then build the inclusive finance value chain and analyze core competitiveness,use questionnaires to create EFE and IFE,summarize the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of business development.To move forward a single step,this article apple SWOT analytical methods to clear inclusive finance business positioning and development objectives.Through to cost leadership?centralization strategy?differentiation strategy's feasibility analysis and weighs,determine the choice of competitive strategy.Finally,this paper determine differentiation strategy as CCB S branch inclusive financial competitive strategy,building inclusive financial business systems,explain the promotion and implementation of the strategy from product differentiation,service differentiation,brand differentiation.Accordingly,this paper promote strategic implementation safeguards about improving the system and mechanism,building a contingent of innovative talents,strengthening internal control and risk management,accelerating channel layout,continuing innovation and optimization,to create a new ecology of inclusive finance,and establish the brand of inclusive finance for CCB S branch.Relying on historical development advantages,with fintech and internet-oriented thinking,CCB S branch develop inclusive finance,solve problems of social pain points and difficulties,becoming commercial banks to respond to the national strategy to seek development and upgrading of the epitome.This paper fully analyzes the internal and external conditions of CCB S branch's development of inclusive finance,collect data layer by layer analysis and propose targeted strategies,establish the differentiation strategy organizational structure of inclusive finance,to lay a solid foundation for creating a new ecology of inclusive finance.It is believed that it will help CCB S branch become the leader in the industry competition.At the same time,it has certain reference significance and demonstration effect for strategic choice and implementation of commercial banks to develop inclusive finance business.
