The Study Of A Company’s Centralized Treasury Management

With the rapid development of China’s economy,many enterprises have gradually developed and expanded,forming the scale of enterprise groups,but the following problems are highlighted,such as inadequate capital management and inefficient use.Recently,one of the two famous Internet companies,LeEco and ofo sharing bicycles,is on the edge of delisting and the other is unable to refund the deposit.The reason is the financial crisis.As the core of the financial management system,capital management plays an important role in protecting the survival and development of enterprises.Capital is the "blood" of an enterprise.Every link in production and operation is inseparable from capital.Strengthening the centralized management of group enterprises’ funds is an important way to save costs and maximize the use of their own resources.The efficiency of capital utilization of industrial groups can further enhance the strength of enterprise groups and ultimately achieve the strategic objectives of enterprise groups.Therefore,more and more managers begin to pay attention to centralized management of funds.This paper chooses the enterprise group A as the research object.Firstly,it summarizes the basic theory of centralized fund management,and clarifies the content,importance and characteristics of centralized fund management under different modes.Secondly,based on the above-mentioned theory,we analyze the A enterprise group and find that there are four main problems in the centralized fund management of A enterprise group:one is the decentralization of bank accounts and the low degree of fund concentration;the other is that the fund plan is in the form and the completion rate of the fund plan is low;the third is that the information level of internal settlement is low;and the fourth is that the ability of risk control and defense is weak.Then,drawing lessons from relevant theories and combining with the actual business characteristics of A enterprise group,this paper puts forward optimization measures and suggestions for the existing problems from four aspects:increasing the way of capital concentration,improving the fund management system,controlling the scale of financing and improving the risk management system,hoping to provide help for the centralized management of A enterprise group’s funds.
