The Reconstruction Of Private Enterprise Ethics In The Period Of Social Transformation

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,private enterprises in China have developed rapidly.Private enterprises have become the main force of China's economic growth and play an important role in China's national economic system.China's social transformation provides a huge space for the development of private enterprises.But at the same time,due to the lag of policies and laws,it also buries hidden dangers for the ethical anomie of private enterprises.Private enterprises indulge in pursuit of economic interests while ignoring social responsibility.The ethical anomie of private enterprises in the process of business activities is very serious.And the ethical problem of business has become the fundamental problem that restricts the healthy development of private enterprises in China.Therefore,we should make a deep ethical reflection on the operation of private enterprises and strengthen the ethical construction of private enterprises,which makes private enterprises shoulder the responsibility of building ethical morality of market economy and abide by the obligation of ethical morality of market economy,and then transform the ethical advantages of private enterprises into competitive advantages.This is of great practical significance for the sustainable development and growth of private enterprises and the enhancement of the overall economic strength of our country.The paper is divided into four chapters.The introduction part explains the research background,analyses the theoretical and practical significance of the research,and combs the domestic and foreign information on the connotation,current situation,problems and Countermeasures of private enterprise ethics by using the method of literature research,which not only provides the orientation for the research of this article,but also accumulates references for writing.The second chapter defines the connotation,essence and ethical relationship of private enterprises and their ethics.From the three perspectives of enterprise ethics construction,it puts forward the theory of ethical construction of private enterprises.At the same time,it analyses the significance of strengthening ethical construction of private enterprises.The third chapter is the analysis of the status quo and causes of ethical anomie in private enterprises.Many problems have arisen in the development of private enterprises in China,such as uneven quality of products and services,widespread tax evasion and tax evasion,serious damage to the ecological environment,low credit level of enterprises,and prominent contradictions between labor and capital,all of which are closely related to the lack of ethics in the business activities of enterprises.On the one hand,the external system supply is insufficient.On the other hand,the internal ethical consciousness of private enterprises is weak and the system is lacking.The fourth chapter puts forward the principles and ways of ethical construction of private enterprises in China.Honesty and trustworthiness to the outside world and people-oriented to the inside are the principles that must be followed in the ethical construction of private enterprises in China.Only by building a strong external institutional environment and an effective internal mechanism to restrain the main actors of private enterprises,can private enterprises form ethical awareness and internalize into a business philosophy of enterprises,and ultimately enable enterprises to obtain the moral impetus for development.
