Study On The Implementation Effect Of The Investment Strategy Of Southern Black Sesame Group

Enterprises will look for new development opportunities after the main business develops to a certain scale,including industrial investment or financial investment.Then,in the investment,it should be determined what kind of investment strategy plays a key role in the subsequent development of the enterprise.Whether the investment strategy of the company revolves around the main business,or extends to the upstream and downstream of the main business,or the development of related and non-related diversified investments are worth exploring and thinking.Based on the research results of previous investment strategies,this paper tries to use the Southern Black Sesame Group,a listed company in China's food and beverage industry,as the research object,and evaluates the implementation effect of its investment strategy based on the development of the investment strategy of the Black Sesame Group,and analyzes the investment strategy.The existing problems and reasons,and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the investment strategy.This paper insists on the combination of theory and case,starting from the case analysis method,focusing on the case analysis.First of all,according to the content of the 2006-2017 annual report of the Black Sesame Group,its overall investment strategy will be positioned,and the development history of the Group's investment will be sorted out,specifically from the three aspects of investing in the black sesame industry,arranging upstream and downstream industries and entering the diversified fields.Narrative.Secondly,from the two aspects of investment scale and income,the status quo of the implementation of investment by the Black Sesame Group in three different areas is summarized,which leads to the evaluation of the implementation effect of the Group's investment strategy.Next,this paper evaluates the investment strategy of Black Sesame Group from five aspects: management effect,management effect,financial effect,market value and comprehensive effect.The evaluation of management effectiveness is mainly carried out from two aspects: group cost control ability and asset management capability;the evaluation of business results is carried out in terms of profitability and growth ability;for financial effects,from financial risk and tax saving effect Evaluation;and the impact on corporate value is evaluated from changes in P/E ratio and Tobin Q value.After the evaluation,the problems corresponding to the black sesame group were found from four aspects,and the causes were analyzed.On this basis,all the indicators are obtained through the normalization formula to obtain the comprehensive effect evaluation results,and the comprehensive evaluation results are analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of the different aspects of management,management,finance and corporate value of the Black Sesame Group,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the investment strategy effect of the Black Sesame Group are proposed.From the management point of view,we must improve the investment management department;from the management point of view,we must increase R&D investment and enhance our core competitiveness;from the financial point of view,we must grasp the progress of the use of funds;from the perspective of enterprise value,we must do a good job of internal control and risk management.After the above analysis and suggestions on the implementation effect of the Black Sesame Group's investment strategy for more than ten years,it can provide some reference for the future development of other similar enterprises when the main industry encounters bottlenecks.
