A Study On The Evaluation Of China's Regional Investment Effects

The main purpose of this essay lies in the analysis and research of the investment'seffects on the development of China's regional economy. It proposed countermeasures andmethods that could enhance the positive effect of China's regional investment, combinedwith concrete case evaluating the investment effects in the seven coastal provinces.Researching methods including comparative analysis and conjunct method of qualitativeand quantitative analysis were adopted by the author considering the characteristics of thisproject.At the very beginning, it introduced the relevant theories of investment, as well asregional economy, analyzed both the internal and external factors influencing regionalinvestment effect in detail, and illuminated and studied the effects evaluation methodsadopted in this essay, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the following research.In the next place, the essay analyzed the major problems arose in the effects ofChina's current regional investment, concluded and analyzed the problem from threeaspects, economy, society, and ecological environment, and analyzed its reason accordingto the situation, which is supposed to be the premise of the quantitative analysis andpresenting countermeasures advancing positive effect of regional investment in thefollowing passages.Then, adopting the conjunct method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, andtaking the regional investment effect in the seven coastal provinces as the researchingsample, the essay chose21evaluation index of effects from three aspects includingeconomy, society and ecological environment. It carried out a laterally comparativeanalysis over the investment effects of the seven coastal provinces applying the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, analyzing their regional investment effects withconcrete examples and model data display.In the final part, based on the above analysis and research, and in light of theinvestment's effects on the development of China's regional economy, the essay also cameup with several countermeasures and methods that could enhance the positive effect of China's regional investment, to attain the goal that assuring a normal and orderlydevelopment of many aspects closely related to people's life while developing economy inhigh speed.
