Research On Financing Risk Control Of Commerical Bank Ppp Project

With the development of economy and the active market economy,the demand of enterprises and residents for loans is increasing gradually.The loan business of commercial banks has also gradually attracted people's attention.However,with the popularity of commercial bank loan business.In terms of loans,the problems of commercial banks are also exposed.These problems include the rising proportion of non-performing loans of commercial banks,and the low proportion of loan recovery of commercial banks.However,the government invests very little in infrastructure construction.Limited loan funds provided by the government will promote the loan of commercial banks.Therefore,PPP model is to use government policy support and core business of commercial banks to achieve the purpose of promoting regional economic growth and infrastructure construction.PPP mode is mainly the cooperation between the government and commercial banks to promote commercial loans,so as to add vitality to local economic development and infrastructure construction.However,the number of commercial banks cooperating with the government is still small.How to enhance the participation of commercial banks and enhance the development of PPP projects is a subject studied by many experts and scholars.This paper mainly focuses on the risk control of PPP project financing in commercial banks.Firstly,the domestic and foreign literature of PPP model is studied and introduced.Secondly,it studies the risk control theory of commercial banks' PPP project financing,analyses the main risks of PPP model,and constructs the risk evaluation model of commercial banks' PPP project financing.After studying the risk of PPP mode,this paper combines the specific case of commercial bank financing BJW project to study,analyze the risk of BJW project and evaluate the project risk.Finally,aiming at the financing risk control of commercial banks' PPP projects,this paper summarizes the measures suitable for commercial banks to cope with thefinancing risk of PPP projects,such as policy risk prevention,laws and regulations risk prevention,project company risk prevention,operation risk prevention and financing project risk prevention.
