| Driven by the development of the world’s cities,China’s cities are changing from production-oriented to consumption-oriented.Commercial service industry has also become an important indicator of economic development in the process of development,while retail business has become the most active factor in the process of development.Since the 21 st century,the commercial centers of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and other big cities have been formed one after another.After the "one belt and one way" strategic initiative was put forward,China’s commercial development is more orderly and efficient.Lanzhou occupies an advantageous geographical location in this wave of commercial economic development.However,there are still many problems such as spatial layout and unreasonable format structure in business.Based on the above situation,with the help of Lanzhou POI data and other statistical data such as population,using nuclear density estimation method,entropy method and Ordinal Logistic regression analysis method,the spatial distribution of retail outlets in Lanzhou city is described and analyzed in detail from the urban level,district level and street level,and the influencing factors of its spatial distribution are also discussed.After thorough discussion,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Urban level:(1)Generally speaking,the main urban area of Lanzhou is divided into the East and the West with Jiefangmen and overpass as the boundary.The retail outlets show the quantitative characteristics of "more West and less east" but smaller gap and the density characteristics of "Dense Eastern Sparse West".In terms of spatial distribution,retail outlets show the characteristics of multi-center agglomeration as a whole.The core agglomeration areas are Xiguanshi-Nanguanshi-Dongfanghong Square,Wulipu,Gongxing Dun,Xiaoxihu,Xizhan Shizi,Feijiaying,Peili Square and Xigucheng.In addition,Yantan business circle does not reflect the obvious characteristics of high-concentration commercial space,but it has become an indispensable area in Lanzhou commercial space.(2)In terms of different industries,food,beverage and tobacco products have the largest number of specialized retail sales,accounting for 49.53%,with the highest average density and ownership,while the other seven types of retail businesses have the smallest number and density.In terms of spatial distribution,food,beverage and tobacco products retail specially and automobile,motorcycle spare parts,fuel and other power sales have the highest degree of concentration,belonging to strong concentration.From the point of view of agglomeration area,the distribution of retail business in Lanzhou mainly centers on large shopping malls,large residential areas,colleges and universities and high accessibility traffic routes to form sheet or strip businesses,and the spatial structure of various industries has the characteristics of agglomeration in blocks.On the scale of agglomeration,the location selection of food,beverage and tobacco products retail outlets and pharmaceuticals and medical equipment retail outlets is the largest.(2)Zoning level:(1)Overall,the distribution of interregional retail business is quite different.The number of network points in Chengguan District accounts for 45.62%,almost a half of the whole city,and the density of network points is far higher than the average density of the whole city.In terms of per capita ownership,Anning District is the highest,with 65.64/10,000,and Chengguan District is only 42.19/10,000,which is lower than the average density of the whole city.It shows that the retail business in Chengguan District has not matched its huge population only in terms of quantity.(2)From the information entropy index,it can be seen that the entropy value of Qilihe District is the maximum value in the four districts,which indicates that it has the most types of business,the strongest equilibrium of business and the highest business level.From the result of location entropy measurement,it can be seen that the areas with higher specialization of food,beverage and tobacco products retail specially,culture,sports goods and equipment retail specially,medicine and medicine equipment retail outlets are Chengguan District;the areas with higher specialization of comprehensive retail,textile,clothing and daily necessities retail specially,household appliances and electronic products retail outlets.The area is a peaceful area;automobile,motorcycle spare parts and fuel and other power sales outlets have the highest degree of specialization in Qilihe District;while the specialized retail outlets of hardware,furniture and interior decoration materials have a higher degree of specialization in Xigu District.(3)Block level:Generally speaking,the areas with high density of retail outlets are mainly Linxia Road,Baiyin Road,Jiuquan Road and Gaolan Road in Chengguan District;besides,the density values of Dunhuang Road,Welfare Road and Xigucheng Street in Qilihe District,Yintan Road,Kongjiaya Street and Peili Street in Anning District are relatively high.In terms of sub-industries,the concentration areas of retail outlets in different industries are different at street level.Baiyin Street and Jiuquan Street have become the most abundant areas.(4)Influencing factors of spatial distribution of retail business: Through Ordinal Logistic regression analysis,the main factors affecting spatial distribution of retail business in Lanzhou City are population density,traffic convenience,large residential areas and number of shopping malls. |
