Study On The Management Of Food Logistics In Fuxin City

"The government is people-oriented,the people take food as the heaven and food as the first".Food,because of its strategic and practical significance,is considered to be a major matter of social stability by the people.How to develop it is the most important thing for the state to adjust the balance of supply and demand and stabilize society.Therefore,grain logistics management is particularly important.In today’s increasingly fierce market competition,logistics is regarded as the "third profit source",which can be more understood as "logistics is market,management is cost,logistics management is profit".Logistics management is one of the forms of logistics,and grain logistics management is a special form of logistics management.In addition to the management of physical flow,the management of grain logistics is mainly the management of value-added activities in grain circulation.In order to meet the ever-changing social demand for grain,we study how grain logistics management can save its logistics costs and reduce costs,so as to minimize costs and maximize benefits.Through the screening and analysis of 14 cities in Liaoning Province in three northeastern provinces,Fuxin City is chosen as the representative city as the research object.The first step is to summarize the current situation of logistics management at home and abroad with relevant literature and frameworks,and to explain the background and significance of the topic,at the same time to explain the current situation of the development of food logistics in Fuxin City.The second step puts forward the current situation and main problems of grain logistics management in Fuxin City,which are mainly divided into five aspects: large inventory leads to high logistics costs;backward infrastructure leads to low transport efficiency;low level of informatization affects the backward technology level;serious lack of logistics talents;and low level of main body integration.The third step is to analyze the causes of the problems in the management of grain logistics in Fuxin City,and draw five reasons: the increase of the cost of Grain Reserve management;the improvement of infrastructure;technological level factors;the improvement of management system and personnel training;and the invariability of management system and efficiency.The fourth step puts forward five countermeasures for the construction of Fuxin’s grain logistics management system: reducing transportation costs;improving infrastructure construction;improving logistics information system;training high-level talents;and integrating management system.On this basis,two innovative measures in grain logistics management are put forward,that is,dynamic rotation of grain reserves and exploration of "grain storage in enterprises" reserve mode.
