Study On The Impact Factors Of Chinese Entrepreneurs' Well-being With Mulpitle Cases

Entrepreneurs play an important role in promoting social and economic development.The slogan"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"is vigorously promoted and advocated by the state in recent years.When entrepreneurs bring better goods and services to the people and enterprises,which greatly improve the quality of life,do they feel happier or less?What are the differences in the composition of happiness between entrepreneurs and ordinary people,and what are the key factors that affect the well-being of entrepreneurs?Through the study of entrepreneurs,this paper aims to put forward the influencing factors model and theory of entrepreneurs'well-being,so as to improve the happiness index of Chinese entrepreneurs.I hope that entrepreneurs can manage their health and emotions while starting their own businesses,and face the various barriers of entrepreneurship with a more relaxed and high-spirited attitude.Meanwhile,this paper puts forward suggestions for entrepreneurs to help entrepreneurs work happily and live happily with the"hands"of the government,social institutions and universities.On the base of literature research,this paper clarifies the basic concepts and theories of entrepreneurs and well-being are explicated.This paper refines and summaries the entrepreneurs' influencing factors in the literature,then uses multi-case study method and designs interview outline and questionnaire.The research group selected eight entrepreneurs from high-tech industries in Beijing to conduct research and collect first-hand data,then coded the interview data based on grounded theoretical methods.Through the continuous refinement and integration of concepts,the core coding of influencing factors of entrepreneurs' well-being was proposed after three rounds of coding.On this basis,we review the cases repeatedly,interpret and comment on the typical cases and codes at all levels,clarify the logical relationship between the codes,finally construct the influencing factors model of entrepreneurs'well-being.Research finds that the infuencing factors of entrepreneurs' well-being mainly include entrepreneurship motivation,positive expectations,characteristics of entrepreneurship work and the impact of setbacks.Among them,entrepreneurship motivation has the positive effect on entrepreneurs'well-being,it's also the most important factor affecting the well-being of entrepreneurs,and achievement motivation is the most important sub-factor.The positive expectations of entrepreneurs can improve the expectations of entrepreneurs for entrepreneurship activities and the future,thus improving the happiness of entrepreneurship,so it has positive effect on entrepreneurs'well-being.The positive expectations of entrepreneurship are mainly influenced by model incentives,including family role models,social groups such as friends and the media.The characteristics of entrepreneur's work include autonomy,skill variety,feedback and task identity.In this study,the results of previous studies are verified.It is found that these two factors can improve entrepreneur's well-being,but the impact on skill variety is different from the previous literature.The study found that whether skill variety can enhance entrepreneur's well-being depends on entrepreneurs' corresponding knowledge,capabilities and resources,that is,whether entrepreneurs are able to meet the challenges posed by the diversity of tasks.The impact of setbacks talk about the negetive emotions coming from the entrepreneship staff.lt has negative effects on entrepreneurs' well-being.The impact of setbacks can be divided into the occurrence of setbacks and the handling of setbacks.The disposal of setbacks includes the disposal of events and emotions.The two factors——the disposal of emotions and personality factors can affect the disposal of emotions.Based on the above findings,this paper puts forward the influencing factors model of entrepreneurs' well-being,and suggestions to the relevant parties.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results and proposes future research issues.
