The term"sharing ecolomy"has a long history, and it has developed rapidly in recent years based on the advancement of Internet technology and the popularity of mobile devices. From the supply side, the sharing economy has expanded the total supply and fully mobilized the idle resources in the society, which not only improved the utilization of resources, but also expanded the supply side. The full use of social idle resources has solved part of the employment pressure and promoted income growth of residents. From the demand side, resource utilization is increased, costs are reduced, and the actual purchasing power of residents is increased.diriving consumption capacity to grow. The sharing economy brings new models to all walks of life, promotes industrial restructuring, and helps foster new economic growth point. In general, the sharing economy plays an important role in solving problems such as overcapacity, high costs, inadequate supply of public goods, and investment.Under the shared economy model, traditional industries face opportunities and challenges, various industries are affected, and promote changes in industrial structure. In order to analyze the changes of industrial structure in China under the shared economy, this paper discusses the theory of shared economy and industrial structure, analyzes the origin, characteristics and driving factors of the shared economy,at the same time analyzes the general law and the changing dimension of industrial structure evolution based on the research status at home and abroad.Through the research on the development status of China’s shared economy and industrial structure, taking technological progress, human capital, degree of openness, economic development level and degree of government intervention as explanatory variables of vector autoregressive model, and industrial structure altitude and rationalization as the explanatory variable of the vector autoregressive model. In the empirical analysis of industrial structure changes, the data between 1992 and 2017 was selected as the research sample, and Eviews was used to establish the vector autoregressive model.Firstly, the variables are roughly understood through statistical description.Secondly, the unit roots are used to test the stability of each variable, and the VAR model is constructed under the premise of stable variables. After selecting the optimal lag order for the model, observe all the characteristics roots of the VAR model and perform model stability test, then carry out the Johansen co-product test to determine the long-term stable relationship between the variables, and determine the causal relationship between the variables by Granger causality test. Finally, the VAR results are explained by impulse response and variance decomposition analysis.Among the industries affected by the shared economy in China, the traffic travel field is the largest and the most mature.Analysis of the transportation industry, found that shared transportation faces the imperfect establishment of trust mechanism, the lack of strict review of participants’ qualifications, the difficulty of taxiing at night, and the incompleteness of"breaking"and"standing",but shared transportation is of great significance for rational allocation of resources, promoting green development, addressing bottlenecks in infrastructure development, and creating new economic growth points. Finally, the paper gives the following suggestions for optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure:vigorously promote technological progress, focus on personnel training, improve the degree of openness, improve the quality of economic development, and handle the relationship between the government and the market.
