In recent years,with the dow'nward pressure of China's economy,real estate development and construction,infrastructure development and construction materials,construction industry has shown a slowdown in growth.In the critical period of national economic transformation and upgrading,due to the rapid development of technology,the whole additive industry is undergoing profound changes.The industry shows a trend of slowing down the growth rate of output,falling product prices and declining enterprise benefits.Therefore,the whole industry is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.Faced with pressure and challenges,effective performance management system is a sharp tool for enterprises to meet challenges and break through difficulties.In view of this,the author hopes that through the research and redesign of K company's performance management system,optimize its performance management system,consolidate the foundation of its operation and development,and precipitate its core competitiveness,with a view to the rapid development of K company in the additive industry.Firstly,this paper combs and summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance and performance management,clarifies the differences and links between performance and performance management,clarifies the framework and structure of performance management system,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for further analysis and research;secondly,it collects data through field visits,original data access and analysis,questionnaires,employee interviews and other methods.Quantitating the information about the daily management of K company,especially the performance management,and combining with the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management,this paper makes a thorough analysis and Research on the existing performance management system,performance indicators,performance appraisal,performance feedback and performance improvement of K company,and finds out the existing problems and root causes of the performance management system of K company.Based on the theory of performance management and the characteristics of K company,this paper puts forward a re-design scheme suitable for K company's performance management system.Although this paper takes K company as the research object,its performance management problems have certain similarities in the whole additive industry.Therefore,through the research and analysis of K company's performance management system and the redesign of its performance management system,it has a certain reference value for other enterprises in the whole additive industry.
