Customized product cost estimation is one of the key technologies to.quickly respond to customer's individual needs and achieve personalized design and manufacturing.This paper studies the rapid estimation technology of custom product processing process cost based on knowledge map,including the structure mapping of custom product structure and process cost,the construction of custom product process cost map,and the rapid cost estimation based on graph semantic retrieval.The main contents of the paper are as follows:The first chapter expounds the research status of the process cost estimation method and knowledge map construction technology of customized products,and clarifies the research background and significance of the existing cost estimation methods.Finally,the main research significance and framework content of the paper are given..In the second chapter,the structural characteristics of the relevant parts of the high-speed elevators of typical custom products are related to the process cost.The basic composition of the high-speed elevator is introduced by taking the KLKS model high-speed elevator of Canny Elevator Co.,Ltd.,and the structural characteristics of the processing technology are analyzed.The process theory of the high-speed elevator car is extracted by the graph theory method,and the structural characteristics of the customized product are correlated with the process cost based on the structural processing element,which lays a foundation for the subsequent rapid estimation of the process cost.In the third chapter,based on the process cost ontology,the construction of the process cost map of the customized product is studied.Firstly,the construction method of custom product process cost ontology is expounded.Secondly,the construction process and related steps of the customized product process cost map based on ontology are given,and the mapping matrix is used to realize the semantic generation of the customized product process cost map.Finally,KLWG model sightseeing elevator of Canny elevator company was constructed with a process cost map as an example.In the fourth chapter,the technology of rapid estimation of process cost based on process cost mapping of customized products is studied.Firstly,starting from the process of vocabulary definition and synonymous transformation,the semantic analysis method of cost map is proposed.Then the process cost semantic retrieval model is given,and the target customized product cost is quickly estimated based on the retrieval results in the process cost map.Finally,the processing technology of KLKS model elevator car wall is taken as an example to quickly estimate and analyze the process cost.The fifth chapter introduces the system framework of the rapid estimation of customized product cost and the function of each module.The system is designed with a three-tier architecture and is divided into a data access layer,a business logic layer,and a presentation layer.The main functional modules include process feature basic data module,process cost association mapping module,process cost map construction module and process cost quick estimation module.The sixth chapter summarizes the research content and work of this paper,and looks forward to the future research content.
