Employees are the precious wealth of enterprises.In today's highly competitive society,the positive behavior of employees plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.Positive psychological produce positive behavior,and then promote good benefits of enterprises.With the development of the times and the change of enterprise staff's' demand,the enterprise's attention and spiritual support to employees may be better than the traditional system requirements and material incentives."Subjective well being" and "job involvement " become the important factors that influence the enthusiasm and behavior of employees,which cause people's high attention.In particular,the contemporary young employees,who have unique thinking,are more attention to their own subjective feelings,psychological cognition are more likely to have an impact on their behavior.However,there are few studies on positive cognition(Positive Future Expectation)and positive behavior(Organizational Citizenship Behavior).So,after the literature review and the putting forward of hypothesis,this paper takes the young employees aged 20-35 as the research object,using the questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to explore the relationship between positive future expectations and organizational citizenship behavior and the mediating role of subjective well-being and job involvement.646 questionnaires were sent out and 558 valid samples were collected after screening.Data analysis and hypothesis verification were carried out using SPSS23.0,Amos 21.0,and Process macro program.The conclusions are as follows: First,the positive future expectations have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior of young employees.Second,the positive future expectations have a significant positive effect on subjective well-being of young employees,the subjective well being has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior,so that the subjective well being plays an intermediary role between positive future expectation and organizational citizenship behavior.Third,the positive future expectations have a significant positive effect on job involvement of young employees,the job involvement has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior,so that job involvement plays an intermediary role between positive future expectation and organizational citizenship behavior.Fourth,the subjective well-being has a significant positive effect on job involvement of young employees,subjective well-being and job involvement play a chain mediating role in the relationship between positive future expectation and organizational citizenship behavior.Finally,according to the above conclusions,we can get the management inspiration,that is,enterprises can improve the level of organizational citizenship behavior through the three ways: to enhance the positive future expectations,subjective well-being or job involvement of employees.
