Researchs On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Irradiation Processing Industry Of Agricultural Products In Hunan Provinces

Irradiation processing industry had been considered as one of the most green and environmentally industries for the processing of contemporary agricultural products and food products at home and abroad,and as a new and safe way of processing agricultural products and food,it could be safely and non-poisonous applied into agricultural products and foods processing.For keeping fresh,killing insects,sterilization,prolonging shelf lives and so on,it could meet the increasing demands of consumers for the safety of foods,and it had a good development prospect in the future agricultural product processing industry.The irradiation processing industry in Hunan province had started in the 1970s,as a major agricultural province in our country,it had a good resource condition,thus the industry was of a certain scale now and the overall trend is on the rise.But as the particularity of the production materials needed for the irradiation industry,the public had less knowledge of the industry,and there were some problems and deficiencies in the development of the industry.Therefore,we needed to understand the current development situation of the agricultural products irradiation processing industry in Hunan Province,considered effective ways to improve the development level of the irradiation processing of agricultural products,found out the adjustment strategies to change the shortage of the irradiation processing industry of agricultural products,and speeded up the development process of the irradiation processing industry of agricultural products.To realize the sustainable development of irradiation processing of agricultural products is an important content and requirement to promote the development of irradiation processing industry of agricultural products.This research started from the development of industry,relying on the relevant units engaged in the research and application of irradiation processing technology in Hunan Province.By means of literature review,field investigation and questionnaire survey,SWOT and other analysis methods,the current development situation of irradiation processing industry of agricultural products in Hunan province was systematically analyzed.The Research found that the industry had problems such as consumers low cognition,lacking of irradiated processed varieties,high operating costs,and imperfect legal system of irradiated agricultural products.Therefore,according to the actual situation of irradiation processing industry,we used the relevant theory of industrial development to think about how to effectively improve the development level of the irradiation processing industry of agricultural products,and combined the theory of green sustainable development and the theory of independent intellectual property rights,Relevant strategies and suggestions were put forward from three aspects including government,industry organizations and enterprises and institutions.The research showed that by increasing the publicity,raising the level of technological innovation and technological level,improving the quality of service,strengthening the internal management,and improving relevant policies,laws and regulations,etc.of the agricultural products irradiation processing industry.Thus,the competitiveness of the agricultural products irradiation processing industry would be enhanced,the sustainable development of the agricultural product irradiation processing industry would be promoted,and the agricultural and economic development in Hunan Province would be further promoted.
