Study On Financial Management And Control Of Nanning Department Store Group

As China's reform of the economic system progresses,enterprise group as a new modern enterprise senior organization has become increasingly common in China since the 1980s,which greatly contributes to China's socialist market economy and the diversification.But it is worth noting that enterprise group trend has also brought some new problems.In particular the group's internal financial management and control issues.With large scale,complex organizational structure and multi levels of financial management,enterprise group's internal financial control is prone to loss effectiveness,which restricts the healthy development of enterprise groups directly.In this paper,we choose Nanning Department Store Co.,Ltd.as the research object,use Academic Achievements of research scholars from home and abroad for reference,mainly us e the tools of case analysis and literature research,and then ask questions,analyze and solve problems.We first introduce overview of the development of the Nanning Department Store Group and status of financial management and control,and then point out its financial manag ement and control problems,finally propose improving measures in terms of financial person nel management,centralized management of funds,comprehensive budget management,fina ncial information management,internal control and risk management,so as to improve the c ompany's financial management and control conditions,and achieve operation targets of opti mization of the group's resources and maximization of the benefits of enterprise groups with the tools of the financial management and control.
