Beihai Metropolitan Real Estate Company M Project was established in 2012.In only six years,the annual sales of M project ranged from 30 million to 400 million yuan,and then to 8 billion yuan in 2017.Beihai Metropolitan Real Estate Company M project,besides its high cost performance and strong financial strength,has also risen.It is inseparable from its unique marketing strategy.Although Beihai Metropolitan Company's M-project marketing strategy has certain uniqueness,and has achieved good results in practical application,but there are also some shortcomings.Therefore,based on the relevant marketing strategy theory,this paper divides the current marketing strategy status and marketing environment of Beihai Metropolitan Real Estate Company's M-project.Based on the sales data of M project in the past six years,the existing problems of M project are put forward.In view of these problems,it is pointed out that M project can further improve its sales performance through diversification of marketing products,precision of channel strategies and diversification of promotion strategies while maintaining the existing marketing strategies.
