CJ Road Construction Project Cost Planning And Control Research

This paper takes CJ road project cost management as the research object,based on modern project management theory,mainly studies the impact of cost planning and cost control on cost management.Taking the innovation of cost expenditure of management and control project as the core of the research,this paper combines the three methods of literature research,qualitative and quantitative combination and case analysis with the road construction project of CJ road,which is the case object,carries out the relevant theoretical research,and analyses its feasibility from the perspective of practice.From the overall situation,the main problems of CJ road construction project are the inadequate cost management,on the one hand,the lack of cost planning,on the other hand,the inadequate cost control measures.In view of the main problems existing in CJ road construction project,the improvement scheme proposed in this paper is as follows:on the one hand,from the aspect of cost planning,the cost plan of the project is determined first,and the plan is decomposed.On the other hand,from the aspect of cost control,measures are taken to improve cost control in terms of labor,materials,machinery,engineering subcontracting,measurement and payment of Engineering funds.In the manual aspect,the sequential construction is adjusted to flow-water construction,so as to reduce the worker's unwanted work.In the aspect of materials,we should carry out inventory and quota acquisition,strengthen the negotiation of material purchase price,and reduce material purchase price.In mechanical aspect,according to the optimization of double code network diagram,the machine is not idle as far as possible.Subcontracting is mainly from the company's internal qualified contractor database to select units with strong construction capacity,good construction quality,fast construction speed and low subcontracting price to enter the project site for construction.In the measurement aspect,the engineering department and the total Department calculate the quantity of the project at the same time and check each other,and confirm the measurement method on the spot.In terms of payment,the project funds to be paid are divided into different parts,some of which can be delayed payment,control the proportion of delayed payment and the time of delayed payment,and reduce the cost of funds.Through taking a series of measures to strengthen cost management,improve the efficiency of project management.Through the implementation of the improvement plan,the expected effect after implementation is mainly as follows:the cost plan is 154.16 million yuan,after the cost plan has been made and cost control measures have been taken,the actual cost of the final project in the implementation stage is 152.1 million yuan,the cost has been saved by 2.06 million yuan,and certain economic benefits have been achieved.
