Analysis And Exploration Of Low Maintenance In Longxing Town,Xinjiang County

With the rapid development of economy in China,how to achieve better,faster and more stable development,how to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor,how to make all the people can enjoy the fruits of development,how to ensure the survival of farmersmust be properly solved.As the basic system of China’s livelihood projects,the minimum living security system in urban and rural areas plays a key role in the construction of a new socialist countryside.However,there are still some problems in the actual operation of the urban and rural minimum living security system,such as imperfect system,irregular operation and so on.There are also some violations of "human rights protection" and "relationship insurance".These problems and phenomena seriously affect the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.Therefore,it is imperative to promote the effective,scientific and standardized operation and management of the minimum living security system in urban and rural areasFirstly,under the background of China’s economy and society,this paper uses Keynesian effective demand theory,Maslow’s demand theory,utility theory and other relevant theories of urban and rural minimum living security system to explain the necessity of the existence of urban and rural minimum living security system.Secondly,this paper objectively evaluates the implementation of the minimum living security system since 2015 in Longxing Town,Xinjiang County,and affirms the effect of poverty alleviation.Finally,in view of the existing problems and causes in the operation of the low-income security system in Longxing Town of Xinjiang County,this paper uses literature review method,quantitative analysis method,questionnaire method,interview method,comparative analysis and other research methods to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis,and then from an objective and scientific point of view to give countermeasures and suggestions.This paper hopes to provide an effective boost to the operation of the local minimum living security system and contribute to the fight against poverty in rural areas.
