Research On The Strategies Of Lichuan Rural Commercial Bank Serving "Agriculture,Rural Areas And Farmers"

Agriculture has become an indispensable part of China's economic development.“The issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers” has always been related to the development of our society and economy.The situation is still grim.in the new situation of the economic development,how to effectively play the leading role of rural commercial banks in rural finance,to serve the local rural economy better,help solve the issues concerning “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” are very important.This paper selects one of the members of Jiangxi Rural Commercial Bank ——Lichuan Rural Commercial Bank as an example,chooses data about Lichuan Rural Commercial Bank the balance of concerning agricultural loans and GDP of Lichuan rural areas from 2010-2017,uses the two group data to analysis the relationship between Lichuan Rural Commercial Bank the balance of concerning agricultural loans and GDP of Lichuan rural areas.The paper uses Eviews to analyze the correlation between them,based on the analysis results,the role of local rural commercial banks in serving “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is deeply analyzed.In this paper,SWOT analysis combined with the actual situation from the advantages include local advantages?ges include weak innovation?business development lag?lack of talent?weak risk management,opportunities include huge financial needs in rural areas?good government policies?townships Villages Revitalization Strategy and rural credit system construction are accelerated.Challenges include intensified competition in rural financial markets ?challenges brought by Internet Finance and increasingly stringent regulation.This paper analyzes the rural commercial banks in Lichuan and puts forward strategies to strengthen service for “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Through the study,we can not only provide the basis for Lichuan Rural Commercial Bank to enhance competitiveness,but also through the analysis of the internal and external factors of Lichuan Rural Commercial Bank,tap their own advantages,and constantly improve the ability to serve “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.
