With the continuous deepening of market economy reform,China's financial market interest rate is steadily advancing.At present,the interest rate of domestic commercial bank loans is centered on the benchmark interest rate of the People's Bank of China,and it can fluctuate up and down.In this environment,major banks are thinking about how to seize the market,and need to break through the bottleneck in various ways.In the past banking business development,the target customers are basically focused on large enterprises,because the financial strength of large enterprises is relatively strong in all aspects,which can bring rapid growth to the bank's business,and vice versa,the business of small and medium-sized enterprises in the bank.The proportion of the quantity is very small,mainly because the small and medium-sized enterprises are small in scale,the enterprises have weak anti-risk ability,and the profitability cannot be compared with that of large enterprises,which makes them account for the proportion of bank credit business in the past.Smaller.However,at any time,the environment of the market economy has changed.The number of SMEs in the entire market has increased and their status has become stronger.As the main body of market economy development,banks also need to adjust the corresponding strategic direction for SMEs.The loan provides a more convenient platform.Based on the MS Bank Shangrao branch,this paper conducts in-depth research on the bank's credit business to the SMEs,finds out the deficiencies and improvements in the business development,and proposes corresponding improvement measures after targeted analysis.When analyzing the credit granting business of SMEs at MS Bank Shangrao Branch,it was found that the total deposits of the banks themselves were insufficient to support the credit business of SMEs.The salespersons of the banks were more passive in the process of developing customers,and the effective customers accounted for The ratio is too low;the products of the SME credit business do not have much advantage compared with other banks,and cannot provide targeted services to customers;the bank's business outlets do not cover Shangrao's overall and cannot promote word-of-mouth transmission.The factors of this system are all factors that affect the development of the credit business of MS Bank SMEs.This paper analyzes the current situation of MS Bank's Shangrao branch in the credit business of SMEs,analyzes the reasons for the lack of business development,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,including optimizing the bank's existing capital allocation,building a customer management system to enhance customer stickiness,product innovation.To meet differentiated needs,strengthen credit risk management and implement risk dynamic monitoring and early warning.While proposing improvement measures,it also provides corresponding guarantees,specifically through the flat flow of information flow,the establishment of an incentive assessment mechanism for SME credit business and the establishment of a unique SME credit model to ensure MS Bank Shangrao Branch Small and Medium The promotion of corporate credit business.
