Study On The Ecological Plantation Economy-case In Zuoquan

Since 2008, Ecological manor economy which born in zuoquan county of Shanxi Province jinzhong city has become a new kind of economic development model, Which has been paid much attention by educational circles and social sectors. Based on social 1 investigation, This paper tries to take zuoquan county ecological manor as research objects, hoping to find some problems in current ZuoQuan ecological manor's development and put forward some feasible suggestions for its development and model.In this paper, It analyzes the concepts and theories about Ecological manor economy by using the method of information retrieval combined with social investigation and the method of induction and deduction. Besides, by studying the transformational tradition agriculture theory?agriculture sustainable development theory?economies of scale theory and agricultural ecology theory, it divides the development of zuoquan county Ecological manor economy into three stages:the forming stage?the growing stage and the mature stage. In addition, by using the empirical analysis method, we find there are mainly four development types:the leading industry support type?sightseeing amusement vacation type?comprehensive industry development type and market exploit driving type. And there are also some problems in the development of zuoquan county Ecological manor economy:land circulation is not standard, development and management is blind, financing channel is not free, management model is single, brand awareness is lack, and so on. Based on this, this article puts forward some suggestions from the government's macroeconomic regulation?environment of economic and agricultural management subject to promote zuoquan county Ecological manor economy develop sustainably:further improve land circulation mechanism, continue to strengthen the government support, make scientific planning layout, cultivate new type of professional farmers and broaden the channels of financial support, improve the circulation of agricultural products market system by the support of modern agricultural science and technology, improve the management level of ascension, Attaches great importance to the talent team, implement the brand development strategy and follow the law of ecological economy. At last, the paper argues that we can gain much enlightenment from the development of ZuoQuan ecological manor economy and there are also some principles to follow:firstly, we should combine policy of immigration priority for poverty and promote in poor mountainous areas, secondly, we must strengthen the power of policy support, thirdly, we need to develop scientific and reasonable development plans, fourthly we need to innovate land circulation mechanism, fifthly, we should enrich the connotation of the development sixthly, we should create a good environment for development.
