Development of aviation research model is a complex system which needs a lot of engineering and technical personnel through the development of highly complex transformation processes and cognitive processes;need only build a modem R&D system through knowledge engineering,enhance core competitiveness.Knowledge engineering can promote the accumulation of knowledge and heritage,enhance human capacity needed to achieve efficient use of knowledge resources to meet the needs of the overall information technology planning,to achieve knowledge into the development process,the need to break through the bottleneck of traditional knowledge management,while promoting the application of knowledge and innovation support the technical pre-research and model development needs,it is carried out by the aeronautical institute knowledge Engineering is imminent needs.The purpose of this paper is to study the actual management effectiveness,and explore the current aviation industry knowledge engineering theory and management theory to analyze these problems and the application of specific management strategies implemented.The research goal of this thesis is a combination of task specific case studies provides a reference for the aviation industry enterprise knowledge management model to ensure the aviation industry enterprise content management into knowledge engineering.Contents of this paper consist of five basic areas:First,on the background,purpose and significance of the aviation industry knowledge engineering companies were analyzed.The second part,finishing the theory of knowledge engineering.The third part,conducted**enterprise knowledge engineering case studies.The fourth part of the**enterprise knowledge engineering problem analysis carried out.The fifth part,made a number of recommendations aviation industry knowledge engineering.
