| In the era of knowledge economy, the market competition is fierce gradually amongthe domestic petroleum and petrochemical industry. The implementation andapplication research of knowledge management will indicate the effective path toincrease the competitiveness of the core for the enterprise.Firstly, this thesis introduces the basic situation of G institute, and analyses thepresent situation of the enterprise and the defects in the knowledge management. Afterthat it introduces the related concepts, basic theory of knowledge management system,and the goal, policy and principle of enterprise knowledge management. It analyzes anumber of standard and model about knowledge management which are prescribedand promulgated by the department of standardization administration under the statecouncil. Thirdly, this thesis mainly discusses how to implement the knowledgemanagement in the institute on behalf of the petroleum engineering industry.According to several criteria of knowledge management of the People’s Republic ofChina, this thesis discusses the implementation of knowledge management based onG institute knowledge management development strategy planning, which includesidentification, knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage,knowledge sharing, and knowledge application and so on.Finally, using the comparative analysis method, this thesis estimates the effect ofimplementation about G research institute. Due to its own complexity and urgency,it’s still has a long way to implement knowledge management for G Research Instituteand it will be filled with challenges. The practice research about G Research Institutewill provide certain reference and guidance for the domestic petroleum andpetrochemical industry. |
