With the development of the reform of the medical and health industry system,the national essential drug system will be further improved,which puts forward more strict standards and requirements for our pharmaceutical sales enterprises.Financial departments at all levels of the country attach great importance to the construction of the medical and health industry,increase the relevant financial investment,and attract a large number of domestic and foreign capital investment,which has brought greater opportunities and challenges to the development of pharmaceutical companies.The marketing model of traditional medicine enterprises has been unable to adapt to the development of the health care reform market and the relevant requirements of the national essential drug system.Under the circumstances of this kind of market change,the marketing competition of pharmaceutical enterprises.The situation is even more acute.For the healthy development of enterprises,every pharmaceutical enterprise is required to put forward a new marketing model according to the changes in market and national policies,combined with the characteristics and specific conditions of its own enterprises.It has become a new subject to be solved urgently in pharmaceutical enterprises.Through the methods of literature review,comparative research,investigation,qualitative and quantitative research,this paper makes a deep research on the marketing mode of existing pharmaceutical companies.Summed up the advantages and disadvantages of each marketing model and the scope of application.On the basis of analyzing the basic situation,the product situation and the existing marketing mode of Beijing Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,we find out the root causes of the marketing problems of BFK Co.,Ltd.And set up the innovative marketing mode-integrated marketing mode suitable for BFK Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Finally,in order to solve the problem of BFK Company in marketing,according to the requirements of integrated marketing model,the organizational structure suitable for the integrated marketing model is constructed,and the function of adapting to the new marketing model is set up again.From five aspects of cooperation with hospital,information construction,brand building,public welfare,human resources and marketing channel,this paper puts forward the relevant implementation measures,which provides constructive advice and help for the future vigorous development of BFK Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.
