Research On Development Strategy Of Xingchen Company

At present,the global photoelectric industry is accelerating to transfer to China,driving domestic optical industry's annual market scale growth to more than 20%,membrane materials industry has gained central government's support for the development of emerging industries.Xingchen Technology Co.,Ltd.in Suzhou tries to transfer to high-tech enterprise through the development and use of optical membrane technology,facing many dilemmas and technical difficulties.This paper analyses the development status and characteristics of optical film industry,from trading enterprise to manufacturing enterprise and then to the high-tech enterprise,this paper analyzes the process,dynamic mechanism and problems of the development strategy.Using the SWOT analysis,the Porter five-force analysis model,the BCG matrix and other enterprise development strategy analysis tools,this paper analyses its competitor,product,operation condition and industrial structure.It is suggested that the company should break through the technology of optical film production in order to realize the strategic goal of industrial transformation and upgrade,and pay attention to the key factors such as brand development and industry chain optimization.Xingchen Company is one of the tens of thousands of private enterprises which transfers from the trading company to manufacturing enterprise,and then to high-tech enterprise,it is the epitome of the development and upgrading of enterprises,each step is brought by the technical reserve upgrade.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference both for Xingchen Company to choose the future strategic development direction and for the other industry's strategic research.
