Internationalization strategy is the inevitable trend of enterprise development under the background of economic globalization,and it is an important measure for enterprises to ensure their own competitiveness and expand market share.This paper systematically analyzes the current operation of thermal power construction enterprises in China by means of enterprise strategy theory,on-line investigation and on-the-spot investigation,this paper expounds in detail the current operating status,bottlenecks and advantages of H Company as a thermal power construction enterprise,and objectively analyses the market situation at home and abroad as well as its own internal resources guarantee through systematic study of internal and external environment,so as to further draw the realistic significance of H Company's implementation of international operating strategy.And made specific international operation strategy and corresponding safeguard measures for H company.Through direct competition,differential competition,diversified management and other international business strategies to enter the international market,to seek long-term development,advocate thermal power construction enterprises to implement the "go-out" development strategy,by constantly optimizing their own technical level,shaping the brand image,further expanding the international market share,to achieve sustainable development To get rid of the existing difficulties.
