With the further acceleration of China’s urbanization process,as the population shifts from rural to urban areas,part of the rural areas gradually evolves into urban areas.The number of urban areas continues to increase,and the scale of land use continues to expand,leading to the formation of urban-rural dual structures.Faced with this problem,our party has proposed a "rural revitalization strategy" that calls for the development of a new type of urbanization that integrates urban and rural areas.Through the excavation of rural natural resources and local characteristics with better resource endowment,the rural agricultural industry will be established to realize the development of rural characteristics;at the same time,the urban-rural coordinated industrial layout mode will be realized in space,and the two-way flow of urban and rural elements will be promoted.It is also necessary to produce and to live in a combination of urban and rural development.Taking the Boqing River Economic Development Zone in the upper reaches of the Xiao Langdi Reservoir as an example,this paper puts forward the ideas and methods for the development of the industrial city based on the development layout of the agricultural industry space.Using GIS spatial analysis,grid is used as the evaluation unit to quantify the five factors related to soil erosion degree,ecological service value,mining impact degree,ecological elasticity and rural development index,which are closely related to the development and utilization of agricultural industry space.Suitability discriminant,construct a comprehensive suitability evaluation model based on the layout of agricultural industry,and partition according to the level of suitability.Combined with exploratory spatial analysis methods,high-value clusters and low-value clusters of industrial development suitability at different spatial locations,namely hotspots and cold-spots,are identified,and the core industries are placed in hotspots,specializing on cold spots.Protection and land governance.Finally,a production-life-ecology and development model suitable for the Boqing River Economic Zone will be formed,which will provide a basis for sustainable development in the region.The research results show that the suitability level is divided into suitable construction area and prohibited construction area,each accounting for 34.76% and 65.24%.In the spatial distribution law,the suitable construction area is distributed in the central county town,Xiao Langdi reservoir wetland,and the elevation is low and the terrain is flat.The overall area shows a trend that the higher the altitude and the slope value,the lower the suitability.When industrial layout is carried out,combined with ESDA analysis,the layout of core ecological agriculture in high-gathering areas can drive the surrounding economic development,thus achieving the common development of industrial development and ecological protection.In order to verify the above-mentioned industrial development status of the agricultural industry,whether it will promote the development of urban and rural integration.Based on the questionnaire survey method,this paper investigates and estimates the market value generated by leisure farmland in the region,and the non-market value of local people to ensure that the service functions of leisure farmland can continue for a long time.The results show that the per capita annual income of farmers in the region has risen from 3,500 CNY/a to 4,500 CNY/a,and the value of willingness to contribute to the protection of leisure farmland is 134.95 CNY a year per person,and the total value of non-market value.It is 2.70x107 CNY a year.It proves that compared with the development of the agricultural industry in the region,the economic value has been significantly improved,which has promoted the development of urban and rural integration.
