| The understanding of innovation policies by enterprises is a prerequisite for innovation policies to influence the enterprises’ innovation behavior.Therefore,the stronger the enterprises’ perception of innovation policies,the more clearly the direction and support of innovation policies.At present,the academia lacks the micro-perception of enterprise perceptions to study the effect of innovation policies,and it also lacks a discussion of the relationship between policy perception and university-enterprise cooperation innovation performance,nor does it explore the control measures of enterprises under the perspective of policy perception,and most scholars regard the process of innovation policy affect innovation performance as a black box.Therefore,based on the practical problems and the deficiency of theoretical research,this paper constructs the model,proposes hypotheses,and obtains 200 effective sample data through questionnaire survey,then it uses SPSS 19.0 software and AMOS21.0 software for data analysis to verify the hypothesis.The main conclusions and innovations of this study are mainly reflected in the following four aspects:First,from the micro-perspective of the perception of innovation policy by enterprises,the effect of innovation policy implementation is explored,and it verified that each dimension of policy perception has a significant positive impact on university-enterprise cooperation innovation task performance and learning growth performance.This study compares the impact of supply,demand,and environmental policies on university-enterprise cooperation innovation task performance and learning growth performance from the perspective of corporate policy perceptions.To a certain extent,it expands the research perspective of innovation policy and enriches the relevant research on innovation policy affect university-enterprise cooperation innovation performance.It also provides some inspiration for the government to formulate,implement and evaluate innovation policies.Second,it verified that each dimension of policy perception has a positive impact on formal control and social control.This study compares the influence of supply,demand,and environmental policies on formal control and social control from the perspective of corporate policy perceptions.To a certain extent,it expands the research on the behavior of corporate management and control measures from the perspective of corporate policy perception,and makes up for the current academic about the lack of research on policy perception and organizational control.Third,it verified the positive impact of formal control on university-enterprise cooperation innovation task performance,and the positive impact of social control on university-enterprise cooperation innovation task performance and learning growth performance.To a certain extent,this conclusion enriches the relationship between organizational control and university-enterprise cooperation innovation performance,and provides some enlightenment for the organizational control measures that enterprises should adopt when participating in university-enterprise cooperation.Fourth,it verified that formal control plays an intermediary role in the policy perception dimensions affecting university-enterprise cooperative innovation task performance,and social control plays an intermediary role in the policy perception dimensions affecting university-enterprise cooperative innovation task performance and learning growth performance.This conclusion enriches the research on the impact mechanism of the path from innovation policy to innovation performance,and makes up the blank in the research mechanism of policy perception affecting university-enterprise cooperation innovation performance.And this paper deduces and constructs the theoretical model of the relationship among policy perception,organizational control and university-enterprise cooperation innovation performance.The research model and research content have certain innovation. |
