Research On Enterprise Patent Risk Control Measures Affect Tacit Knowledge Transfer Performance In University-Enterprise Cooperation

Tacit knowledge transfer in university-enterprise cooperation provides an effective way for enterprises that helps enterprises accumulate knowledge resources,improve the innovation ability,speed up the pace of innovation,enhance the competitive advantage.But the enterprise is faced with many patent risk problems need to solve in tacit knowledge transfer.At present academia lack study for the relationship between patent risk and tacit knowledge transfer performance(TKTP)in university-enterprise cooperation innovation;it is immature to prevent enterprise risk With management means;And research on risk prevention measures influence TKTP is immature;Lack the study on the effect of innovation policy in university-enterprise cooperation.Therefore,we made the empirical research on the relationship among the university-enterprise cooperation enterprise patent,patent risk control measures,TKTP and innovation policy based on the triple helix innovation perspective.We set up Theory model,put forward the 11 assumptions,used 200 samples data verification.In this paper,main conclusions and innovation work embodied in the following:First of all,starting from the knowledge flow of university-enterprise cooperation innovation,to enterprise patent risk as the breakthrough point,we built a mechanism model framework based on the enterprise patent risk control measures influence TKTP,to explore the relationship among the patent risk in university-enterprise cooperation,risk control measures and TKTP,and analyst adjustment function of innovation policy between the risk control measures and TKTP.This article mainly based on the view of risk analyst tacit knowledge transfer.It provides enterprises with an university-enterprise cooperation view based patent risk,and provides a new perspective with risk problem of triple helix innovation university-enterprise cooperation for the future research.Second,it verified the enterprise patent risk a negative impact on TKTP,and enterprise patent risk control measures can reduce enterprise patent risk.This conclusion to some extent compensate for the lack of study on the relationship between patent risk and the tacit knowledge transfer in academic circles.It enriched related research between the risk management and intellectual property risks by using the applications of management to the patent risk prevention.Third,it verified that the informal control measures have a significant positive correlation on TKTP,and formal control measures will weaken TKTP.This study shows that trust,commitment and communication play positive role in university-enterprise cooperation.The conclusion to a certain extent made up the lack of the knowledge transfer theory which mainly made the choice of risk prevention measures from the angle of the rent,also provided the enterprise with the enlightenment on risk prevention in university-enterprise cooperation.Fourth,it analyzed the government innovation policy effect on the university-enterprise cooperation of triple helix innovation;found that the innovation policy has a significant adjustment function on the relationship between formal control measures and TKTP.The conclusion to a certain extent make up for the less research that views government policy as an important factor to analyze university-enterprise cooperation relations,elaborated the theory of triple helix innovation.
