An Investigation And Research On Accurate Poverty Alleviation In Anzishan Village Of Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County

In 2012,the Communist Party of China held its 18 th National Congress,after which it established a new collective of central leaders with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.The new CPC Central Committee has always put the interests of the people first and the poverty alleviation work as a very important task.The strategic idea of "precise poverty alleviation" was put forward,and it is required that the poverty alleviation work should be realistic,flexible,and achieve precise poverty alleviation,eliminate the appearance of empty slogans,and formulate goals based on actual conditions.In 2017,the Party's 19 th National Congress further put forward that it will focus on helping deeply impoverished areas to get out of poverty,and ensure that by 2020,the entire rural poor population will be lifted out of poverty with the current implementation standards,and all poor counties will be removed from their hats to alleviate regional poverty.Efforts to alleviate poverty in ethnic minority areas in China have achieved remarkable results,and the fruits of ethnic unity have been further consolidated and developed.However,by the end of 2017,there were still 30.46 million poor people in China,most of whom were in areas with deep poverty,such as the "three districts and three states".By the end of 2017,China had 110 counties with more than 18 percent poverty.There are more than 16,000 villages with a poverty range of more than 20 %.These are difficult to chew,and the next challenge to poverty alleviation will become more difficult and complicated as it continues to advance.These problems need to be solved urgently.They not only concern the livelihood of the poor people,but also the consolidation and development of local unity and stability.Their significance is far-reaching.This paper takes the Anzishan Village of Songshan Town,Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County,Wuwei City,Gansu Province as an example.Through field research,it is learned that Tianzhu Tibetan Area is a poverty-stricken minority autonomous county in the ?three districts and three states?.The altitude is high,the temperature difference is large,and the precipitation is high.Less,poor natural environment,backward infrastructure,single industry,high proportion of ethnic minorities,and many poor people are one of the key counties of Gansu Province's ?precise poverty alleviation?.It is typical and representative in ethnic minority areas across the country.Songshan Town has certain conveniences in data possession and field investigation.Therefore,this topic is proposed for research.The author through the household survey,field visit,combined with questionnaire survey,analyzed and combed out some of the village in the practice of precision poverty alleviation,with the help of relevant data and comprehensive theory to provide solutions to the above problems.Some proposals have been put forward to further improve the poverty alleviation mechanism from different angles and from multiple dimensions,promote the practice of poverty alleviation in the village and even Tianzhu County,advance the targeted poverty alleviation work accurately,and continuously increase the economic income of the poor people and further improve the quality of life of the poor.Full realization of a person does not fall behind,a nation can not be reduced to the goal of poverty eradication.Therefore,the foundation of national unity will be further consolidated and consolidated,and efforts will be made to form the consciousness of the Chinese nation and achieve a new situation of common prosperity and prosperity.
