With the continuous development of Internet technology and the constantly changing market environment,between various enterprises face the competition pressure is more and more big.especially for the traditional retail industry.because in the Internet developing background,makes electronic commerce rapid development.Alibaba.Jingdong Mall giant took a large proportion of the market share that was supposed to belong to the offline,severely impact the traditional retail industry.Therefore,under the current environment,the traditional retail industry is facing great pressure of strategic transformation and upgrading.How to effectively integrate online and offline is a problem that the traditional retail industry has to solve.As the leader of the traditional household appliance retail industry,enterprise A is the first brick-and-mortar retailer to develop online.As the pioneer of retailers' strategic transformation,enterprises to actively expand online channels,optimize the offline store layout.and promote the effective integration of online,and continually to upgrade strategic transformation.put forward the strategic mode,such as from the strategy of "channels”to "all channel" to "total retail ecosystem" strategy,and finally to the "Internet sharing retail" and so on.finally achieved positive results.Therefore,this paper applies the Harvard analytical framework to enterprise A and conducts A comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the enterprise from the strategic level,accounting level,financial level and prospect level,so as to understand the achievements and existing problems of the enterprise under different strategies and give reasonable Suggestions.It provides some reference for the development of other retail industry and the strategic choice.By using the Harvard analysis framework to analyze A companies,we can find that at the strategic level,enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressures.Therefore.enterprises should give full play to their own advantages and improve their competitiveness.At the accounting level,enterprises should strengthen their Inventories and accounts receivable management:at the financial level,companies should enhance their solvency.reduce their asset-liability ratio to mitigate financial risks,and improve their operational capabilities:and finally address some of the enterprises' strategic transformation and upgrades.Difficulties,give some rationalization suggestions.At the same time,we also hope to provide reference for other retail enterprises facing strategic transformation and upgrading..
