Research On Development Status And Resource Utilization Efficiency Evaluation Of Level3Rural Logistics Network System Of Dali Country

Rural logistics have made remarkable development in the vast rural areas in China，as thelogistics industry gradually extends to the rural areas. Rural logistics have made greatcontributions to rural economy in Dali county of Shanxi province, so Dali country is one ofthe most important areas in rural logistics development in China. In order to expand the rurallogistics market, Dali country government launched to carry out Level3rural logisticsnetwork system, and put lots of funds and logistics resources, resources utilization efficiencyis an important indicator to evaluate Level3rural logistics network system that it works wellor not.Based on the establishment of Level3rural logistics network system of Dali country, theauthor research on how to evaluate utilization efficiency of Level3rural logistics networksystem. The author selected efficiency evaluation method--Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)to evaluate the utilization efficiency of resources about Level3rural logistics network system.Combined with previous method summary, and development characteristics of Level3rurallogistics network system, the author established input-output resource indicator, and evaluatedthe resources utilization efficiency of Level3rural logistics network system. The result wastechnology resources were not reasonably utilized, resulting in the overall resourcesutilization efficiency of Level3rural logistics network system was not high, but the efficiencyis improving gradually. Therefore, the author gives some advises: Relying on improvingLevel3rural logistics network system frame, combining with other logistics developmentmodel, optimizing rural logistics infrastructure. Dali country rural logistics will graduallydevelop in scale, and improve serves of rural logistics.
