| In the "one belt and one road" initiative,the northwest region has become the "trans East,West and west" foreign economic corridor,pushing the shift of China’s economic center to the west,and is expected to become China’s new economic growth pole.In view of the strategic position of the five northwest provinces and regions,EPC mode is widely used in their key infrastructure.They hope to build high-standard and high-quality 100-year projects with advanced management methods.However,the tight construction period,large volume of projects,complex construction environment and insufficient reserve of managerial personnel make the construction of EPC projects in the five northwest provinces and regions increase more uncontrollable factors and the efficiency of management team.It has become the key factor for the success of EPC project.Although EPC model in China is widely used in practice field,its theory lags behind practice,and there are few theoretical summaries of this construction model.When discussing EPC model in theory,most of the studies are from the perspective of project management to discuss technical links and management processes.The literature on EPC team management is extremely limited,and the insufficiency of theoretical research restricts the implementation of EPC team management.Widely used in industrial enterprises.Therefore,how to establish a team management system,team management structure and management standards suitable for EPC projects,and how to improve the team management efficiency of EPC projects by formulating a perfect team incentive mechanism have become an urgent problem in the theoretical and practical fields.This paper takes Dunhuang DV project as an example,proceeding from thebackground and problems of project construction,based on classical theories such as human capital theory and incentive theory,and summarizes the research results of foreign team management theory and Chinese team management theory,from which the breakthrough point of this study is drawn;combining with the actual operation mode of Dunhuang DV project team management,it summarizes the research results.The team management framework and team management system of the project are put forward;the successful experience of team management of Dunhuang DV project is analyzed,and the shortcomings of team motivation are pointed out;finally,based on the analysis of the experience and shortcomings of team management of Dunhuang DV project,the corresponding optimization suggestions for EPC project team management are put forward,and the optimization framework and team management of EPC project team management system are put forward.How to innovate and implement the sample reference method in the process,and put forward the optimization idea of team motivation. |
