Research On The Interactive Development Of Regional Industrial Agglomeration And New Urbanization

Industrial agglomeration is a process of coordinated utilization of regional resources,at the same time of coordinated utilization of resources,improve the enterprise competition ability,reduce the production cost,lower enterprise cost and improving competitiveness of the enterprise has the ability to expand production scale and technology innovation,attract more enterprise agglomeration external scale economy,enterprise gathered to produce a high demand for labor,especially for advanced labor demand.With the agglomeration of labor force,in order to maintain the current development,cities and towns will build and improve infrastructure and improve the popularity of public services such as transportation,which promotes the development of new-type urbanization.In other words,industrial agglomeration is the driving force of new-type urbanization.At the same time,the construction of the new urbanization process is also continuously improve infrastructure,resources and production factors,such as the process of agglomeration,and urban space layout rationalization,land resource utilization to improve process,it provides industrial agglomeration development space,the factors of production,can promote industrial agglomeration structure optimization,improve the competitiveness of the industrial concentration,that is to say the new urbanization is the propeller of the development of the industrial agglomeration.Western region because of history and geography,the small scale,low degree of economic development,and production technology level backward and single industrial structure,industry development dynamics is insufficient,lack of backbone industries,appeal to the talent,capital and digestive ability is insufficient,can lead to the development of industrial concentration is not balanced,structure is imperfect;Although the construction of new urbanization has made some progress,there are still contradictions such as the small size of cities and towns,backward supporting facilities and service functions,which cannot meet the increasing population.As a result,industrial agglomeration and new-type urbanization in western China are not synchronized and interact with each other in an obvious way,which hinders the coordinated development of economic development and regional economy in western China to some extent.But in the western region is also an important link in China's economic development,especially in the development of urbanization irreversible climate,improve the industrial concentration and interactive development of urbanization in the new,solve the problems in industry cluster and new type of urbanization development in western China,it's important,of course,these are the blank of theoretical and empirical research,it is also the article wants to solve the problem.Firstly,this paper systematically summarizes the literature review on industrial agglomeration,new urbanization,industrial agglomeration and the interactive development of new urbanization and related theories,and then summarizes the mechanism of the interactive development of industrial agglomeration and new urbanization from three aspects.Based on mechanism analysis and relevant theories,this paper describes the interactive development status of industrial agglomeration and new-type urbanization in western China,and points out the interactive development stages and existing problems of industrial agglomeration and new-type urbanization in western China.Finally based on the industrial concentration of western region from 2005 to 2016 and the new urbanization indicators data,build the location quotient index to measure industrial concentration and contains the economy,population,society,environment,four dimensions,a total of 16 indicators of new evaluation index of urbanization level,and USES the panel vector autoregressive model,the empirical research on the industry of western region agglomeration and interactive development of urbanization in the new relationship.The research results of this paper are as follows:through panel vector model estimation,it is found that the promotion effect of industrial agglomeration on new-type urbanization in western China is greater than that of new-type urbanization on industrial agglomeration.Through granger causality test,it is found that industrial agglomeration in western China is the granger reason for the development of new-type urbanization,while the development of new-type urbanization is not the granger reason for industrial agglomeration.The empirical results also verify the hypothesis of theoretical reasoning.According to the empirical results,adjust the industrial structure,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry,optimize the system and mechanism innovation,foster growth pole,transform the new development direction of the urbanization,promote the city fusion,will contribute to the western region industry concentration and the benign interaction of new urbanization,narrow the gap between regional economy and realize the economic growth,industrial cluster development in western China the new town construction of collaborative development goals.
