| The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that we should accelerate the new urbanization process in china, and industrial agglomeration is an important way to promote the development of the new urbanization. With the continuous development of industrial agglomeration, it brings new economic growth points for the new urbanization, but the increasingly severe ecological environment problems at the same time. Therefore, changing the extensive mode of economic growth, pursuing the path of green and intensive ecological economy based on the ecological civilization concept, which has significant practical value to speed up the economic development in Jiangxi province.This article is based on the ecological economy, focusing on the interaction relationship among ecological economy, industrial agglomeration, and new urbanization, and ultimately to promote the coordinated development among industry,economy, and ecology in Jiangxi province.Based on the induction and summary on relevant theories and research, this article combs the operating mechanisms of ecological economy, industrial agglomeration and new urbanization, and analyses the present situation and characteristics. Secondly, build a evaluation index system of ecological economy and new urbanization, and determine the index weight by principal component analysis,then calculate the index of ecological economy and new urbanization level respectively. Third, this paper analyses the interaction mechanism of ecological economy, industrial agglomeration and new urbanization by the VAR model, Impulse Response Function and Variance Decomposition, based on the samples of 1988-2013time-series data of Jiangxi province. The empirical results show that they have long-time equilibrium and positive interactive relationship. Finally, give the suggestions to promote the coordinated development of ecological economy,industrial agglomeration and new urbanization. |
