Facing the profound and complex changes in situations at home and aboard,especially when economic situation is declining,the existing enterprises must keep up with the times,strengthen the practice of internal strength,conduct themselves as learning and innovative type enterprises to improve their own competitive strength effectively and have a foothold in economic development in domestic and foreign markets.In the enterprise,human resources will become the first resource and excellent staffs will be a key factor in enterprise competitions.Staff training system is an effective measure to improve the quality of staff.It's a significant practical research topic to study how to strengthen the construction of enterprise training system.In this paper,the relevant training theory will be used to analysis status and problems of AC Relays Company's existing staff training system.With further study,a new enterprise staff training system framework and implementation which is realistic,simple and consultative will be created and put forward the corresponding specific safeguard measures for the normal implementation of the staff training work.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,the theory of employee training is discussed,which includes research background,research significance,research content,and research methods and related research literature.Through the theoretical research on these aspects,the research topic of this paper is drew up which reveals the significance of employee training,historical value,practical value and reference value.The five main methods of the research of staff training are selected and established as a breakthrough in the study.Secondly,this paper conducted a survey on the AC Relays Company's staff training status quo.After analyzing the human resource situation(age,education,position,title),staff training status questionnaire(training needs,training methods,training courses,training time,training frequency,other items),it's pointed out that AC Relays Company's current training system have some problems.They are training needs analysis is not in place,the training course is set unreasonable,the training method is unitary,the training plan is not systematic,the training effect is not tracked,the training instructor level is incompetent,and the training and control system is not perfect.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of AC Relays Company training system framework.This paper put forward that the staff needs analysis(organizational strategy analysis,job competency analysis,staff performance analysis),staff training content selection,staff training process to determine,employee training method selection,and other guiding opinions are supposed to be paid attention in the staff training work.In order to facilitate the four levels of staff training,the work in five different stages is put together as a training process and the single training teaching method is changed to a fresh selection of 14 kinds of training methods.Fourth,this paper presents design and steps of the AC Relays Company's employee training system implementation.Combined the reality and the company's strategy,the staff training new ideas,the overall goal of training,basic goals,hierarchical goals are adjusted respectively.Adhere to the four principles of training,develop training programs(training time,training courses)in the implementation,increase the intensity of work from three aspects,and evaluate the work from two main aspects are pointed out in this paper.Fifth,this paper emphasis six safeguards in the implementation of program.To conduct six safeguards specifically and clearly is the prerequisites to do a good job for staff training,talent training work and talent reserve work.
