With the advancement of Internet information technology and the gradual deepening of economic globalization,e-commerce plays an increasingly important role in international trade and maintains a rapid development.After more than ten years of development in e-commerce in China,more and more enterprises are using e-commerce platforms to carry out international trade activities.It is a general trend for enterprises to conduct business affairs through electronic means.With the use of electronic tools such as the Internet,the use of electronic services to share information among internal companies,suppliers,customers and partners helps to improve production,inventory,circulation and capital.The efficiency of each link.At the same time.consumers can complete the purchase of goods without leaving the house through the network.Data show that in 2016,China's e-commerce business transactions reached 26.1 trillion,and the annual growth rate exceeded 30%.At the same time,China has successively issued policies to support the development of the new model of“Internet + foreign trade",from supporting the construction of bonded areas and cross-border e-commerce pilots to reducing the tariffs on imported products to the introduction of the "E-commerce Law".The measures reflect the importance China attaches to the development of e-commerce.It can be said that the development and application of e-commerce play an important role in the development of enterprises,the economic competitiveness of the country and the further strengthening of international economic ties.It can be seen that e-commerce plays an irreplaceable role by effectively transforming the mode of economic development and improving the quality and efficiency of economic development.As an emerging form of trade,e-commerce has a strong vitality,and the development of e-commerce is gradually becoming a new economic growth point in China.However,what impact does e-commerce have on China's import and export trade?Is this effect positive or negative?How does e-commerce affect China's import and export trade?Based on the above problems,this paper summarizes the research literatures on e-commerce and e-commerce and import and export trade relations between domestic and foreign scholars,and systematically analyzes the transmission mechanism of e-commerce on China's import and export trade.E-commerce affects China's import and export trade through transaction levels,infrastructure,human capital,and development potential.This paper firstly measures the development level of e-commerce in China,and obtains the comprehensive e-commerce development index over the years.Then,according to the same method,the first-level index trading level index,infrastructure index,human capital index and development potential index which measure the development le'vel of e-commerce are measured.On this basis,this paper empirically analyzes the four first-level indicators trading level index,infrastructure index,human capital index,and the data of 50 countries including China by expanding the trade gravity model.The extent of the impact of the development potential index on China's import and export trade.The study found that,on the whole,the development of e-commerce is conducive to increasing the total volume of China's import and export trade.According to the indicators,the trading level index and the human capital index have a greater impact on China's import and export trade volume,and the infrastructure index has relatively little impact.According to the theoretical analysis and empirical research results.combined with the current situation of China's e-commerce development,this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions for using e-commerce to promote the increase of China's import and export trade volume from macro and micro aspects.On the macro level,it mainly includes improving the e-commerce legal system,increasing infrastructure investment,creating a safe e-commerce network environment,and cultivating e-commerce talents.The micro-levels mainly include enterprises to locate and formulate plans,and integrate internal and external resources of enterprises.
