In recent years,China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements.The third-party payment industry has gradually become an indispensable intermediate link in e-commerce,and the traditional payment mode can not meet the increasingly diverse demand for payment and settlement.With the rapid development of third-party payment has entered a critical period,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the transformation of third-party payment enterprises is particularly important.On the basis of giving full play to their own advantages,enterprises should strengthen product optimization and technological innovation,marketing and brand building,which make enterprises become outstanding in the market competition.This paper takes China Telecom bestpay Electronic Commerce Co.,Ltd.as an example.As the first third-party payment company affiliated to operators,it has obvious representative · It is hoped that some reasonable suggestions and experiences can be put forward for the competition and development of third-party mobile payment enterprises.Through literature review,comparative analysis,case analysis and SWOT analysis,this paper studies and analyses the competitive strategy of bestpay Electronic Commerce Co.,Ltd.and finds that in order to maximize market share and profit under fierce competition,it is necessary to enhance customer satisfaction,enrich product content and deepen word-of-mouth brand through service innovation.Strengthen brand building and optimize enterprise internal management to support the implementation of the company's competitive strategy and achieve long-term and stable development of the third mobile payment enterprise.
