With the rapid development of China's economy,the business environment of pharmaceutical companies is experiencing drastic changes.As one of China's strategic emerging industries,Pharmaceutical industry has witnessed rapid sales growth these days.In order to realize the critical leap from a big pharmaceutical country to a powerful pharmaceutical country,Chinese government has promoted a number of medical reforms.With the implementation of the policy of "consistent evaluation" of generic drugs,some pharmaceutical companies began to come up operation difficulties and the benefit of extensive development disappeared.How pharmaceutical enterprises find a way out in the unpredictable competitive environment,and make full use of the internal power of enterprises to build an efficient team,and ultimately form a unique competitive advantage is the key issue of development? Essentially,The unique competitive advantage of a company is the benefits from human resources.As people put more attention on the importance of human resource management,companies home and abroad pay high attention on human resource management either.In addition to investing in the product research and development and improving product quality,whether a product can get the user's recognition is particularly important.In the path of goods physical flow to the final customers,marketing personnel in companies play a critical role.It is the capabilities of the marketing personnel that determine development of a company.Therefore,whether a company can recruit talented marketing personnel,maintain these talents,and promote the marketing personnel's own initiative is the priority of the human resources management.Factors that influence the initiative of marketing personnel involve many aspects,among which salary is the most direct and effective one.Since every company faces different internal and external environment and at different life stage of development,there are great gaps in the understanding of marketing personnel compensation system.To find an appropriate compensation system for a company needs constant optimization.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and the salary of marketing personnel in companies home and abroad.Combining with the special background of the development of pharmaceutical enterprises in China and the special requirements for medical marketing personnel,it extracts the main factors affecting the initiative of marketing personnel.Then,this paper takes STS biopharmaceutical company as the specific research object,starts from the actual situation of the company,fully analyzes the status of marketing personnel through field interviews and questionnaires,and summarizes the existing problems and causes.Combined with the development strategy of STS biopharmaceutical company.Finally,the author puts forward optimization countermeasures for basic salary,performance salary,employee incentive and welfare of marketing personnel.So that these companies will grow faster and become better.
