Research On The Tourism Development Path Of Resource-exhausted City

Resource-based cities have contributed a great deal to the economic development of the whole country,but due to the long-term and extensive exploitation and benefit of resources.In order to make more resource-based cities run out of resources and hinder their economic development,this phenomenon has seriously affected the economy.In 2013,the State Council published the National Plan for Sustainable Development of Resource-based cities(2013-2020),which defines the number and types of resource-based cities in China,and puts forward the transformation tasks of all kinds of cities.Datong has been identified as a growing resource city and its economic transformation is on the agenda.Datong City has two resource advantages to promote economic development,one is coal resources,the other is tourism resources.At present,with the exploitation of coal resources,the advantages of the city’s coal resources are no longer prominent,but the advantages of tourism resources have not been transformed into industrial advantages.City tourism Rich in resources and characteristic,giving full play to the advantages of tourism resources will help to promote economic transformation and development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of tourism industry in Datong under the background of resource-based economic transformation.This paper chooses Datong city,a typical resource-dependent city,as the research object.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between tourism industry development and economic transformation,the paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of tourism industry development.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of accelerating the development of tourism industry to promote economic transformation.The article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,analyzes the background and significance of the topic,combs the research results at home and abroad,clarifies the research content and research methods,and explains the main innovations and shortcomings;The second part is the basic concept and the related theory,elaborated the economic transformation theory,the industry coupling theory;the third part is the resources dependence The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the present situation of tourism industry in Datong cityand its coupling with urban transformation and upgrading.Through empirical analysis,this paper thinks the positive correlation between tourism industry and regional economy.The fifth part expounds the present situation and existing problems of the tourism industry in Datong city,and the sixth part puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the economic transformation with the tourism industry as the starting point.
