Study On The Influence Of The Development Of Modern Service Industry On The Upgrading Industrial Structure In Yunnan Province

Upgrading the industrial structure by developing service industry,especially modern service industry,is a policy that has been adopted by the developed foreign countries in recent years.Under the background of this service economy,the service industry has become an important direction to measure the economic development of a country or a region.As an important part of the service industry,the Chinese government attaches importance to the development of the modern service industry,and has put forward relevant policies to develop the modern service industry in succession.And Yunnan province has good advantages in location and resources under the promotion of building China-asean Free Trade Area and “One Belt and One Road”propose,the development level of modern service industry has made great progress,but compared with the national average level,the development level of modern service industry is still not optimistic,the internal structure of modern service industry is not coordinated,the pulling effect on the upgrading of industrial structure is not strong enough.Therefore,how to speed up the development of Yunnan modern service industry to upgrade the industrial structure has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper first carries on the related theory research,systematically introduced the related concept and the theory of the modern service industry and the industrial structure upgrading,and on this basis narrates the mechanism and the path of how modern service industry promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure :The modern service industry promotes the rationalization,the heightening and the ecological of the industrial structure through the two paths of the social demand and the technological innovation.Then through the analysis and evaluation of the development of modern service industry in Yunnan Province,the existing problems are put forward.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Yunnan Province's industrial structure,this paper analyzes whether the modern service industry in Yunnan Province has promoted the upgrading of YunnanProvince's industrial structure effectively.Secondly,using the econometric model,the paper analyzes the dynamic effect of modern service industry on the upgrading of industrial structure in Yunnan province.It is concluded that the modern service industry in Yunnan province has a longer-term impact on the ecological industrial structure than the influence on the rationalization of industrial structure and the degree of heightening,in which the influence on the rationalization of industrial structure is the least.and it is still insufficient for Yunnan province's modern service industry to support the upgrading of industrial structure.Finally,the paper summarizes and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to develop the modern service industry in Yunnan Province to better promote the upgrading of industrial structure.
