The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee officially proposed that "Innovation,Coordination,Green,Open and Sharing" be listed as the five development concepts of our country.Innovation,as the theme of today s world and the first of our five development concepts, plays an important role in the development of enterprises. As a part of the society, enterprises should start from themselves, actively respond to national policies and conform to the trend of the times,in order to thrive in the fierce competitive market.Innovation not only requires enterprises to enrich their knowledge, strengthen their self-ability and improve their internal resource utilization, but also requires them to know how to make full use of external resources to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.External contact is an important wav for enterprises to acquire external resources and knowledge.Through external contact, enterprises can communicate with network members frequently, exchange and share information, benefit each other, reduce transaction costs and achieve win-win situation.Knowledge is the most important core asset of enterprises that bring sustained competitiveness. With the continuous development of enterprises, the demand of knowledge for enterprises will become higher and higher. However, enterprises cannot create all the knowledge they need. They should constantly acquire external knowledge through external links, integrate internal and external knowledge to form unique competitiveness of enterprises, improve innovation ability and innovation performance. The research object of this paper is the high-tech enterprises in Jilin Province, and the research method is the questionnaire survey. In order to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the questionnaire, three senior managers of high-tech enterprises were selected to conduct a preliminary survey.Based on the survey results and feedback, the questionnaire was adjusted accordingly, and the final questionnaire was determined.A total of 200 questionnaires were sent out in this study, and 150 questionnaires were eventually completed.However,120 valid questionnaires were eventually obtained, excluding those non-high-tech enterprises and incomplete questionnaires. In this study, the hypothesis was validated by SPSS 22.statistical analysis software and multiple regression analysis.Statistical analysis results show that the technological capability of high-tech enterprises has a significant positive impact on external knowledge acquisition. This shows that enterprises should pay attention to the development of technological capabilities and strengthen R&D investment in the process of development. The results of this study also show that the marketing capability of high-tech enterprises has a significant negative impact on external knowledge acquisition, indicating that marketing capability not only does not promote external knowledge acquisition, but also plays a restraining role. This study finds that network embeddedness not only has a significant positive impact on external knowledge acquisition, but also plays a positive role in the relationship among technology capability, marketing capability and external knowledge acquisition.Network embeddedness reduces transaction costs, enhances mutual trust among network members, and enables them to acquire external knowledge that is crucial to the development of enterprises. The results of this study verify the importance of network embeddedness in high-tech enterprises. In addition, the controlling effect of network embeddedness shows that the network embeddedness of high-tech enterprises can significantly reduce the negative impact of marketing capability on external knowledge acquisition. Finally, this study finds that external knowledge acquisition has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, indicating that external knowledge is another important factor affecting innovation performance besides internal capabilities of enterprises.
