| The overlap effect comes from the extension of Mendel’s law in genetics.One kind of interaction among non-alleles is called "overlap effect".However,nowadays The brand overlap in the marketing field is serious,and the overlapping research of brand niche is widely used.Relatively speaking,the theory of researching customer value from the perspective of product-user demand matching and user bonding is still lacking,and the value of customers continues to be created.Research is also rare.The Internet technology era has distinct characteristics of "user stickiness" and "demand matching".Based on this paper,this paper extracts three important factors that have a great influence on the continuous creation of customer value in 4G business,namely overlapping marketing,user effect and demand.Effect,and build a library of factor indicators accordingly.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of 491 samples,the proposed theoretical hypotheses and models are verified,and the impact mechanism of overlapping marketing on the continuous creation of customer value is explored.The results show that overlapping marketing plays an active role in increasing user viscosity and improving demand matching.As a result,the continuous creation of customer value is significantly enhanced.This research not only enrich the academic research results of consumer behavior cognition and marketing theory knowledge,but also be a bold attempt to use various marketing methods for user value enhancement,and provide reference for greater value mining in the customer market.This research to optimize the product development process,optimizes service content,but also provides reference for content providers to improve service levels and enhance customer value.It reveals how 4G data services can be combined with product-demand matching and user bonding through overlapping marketing.The equal effect affects the continuous creation of customer value in the era of mobile Internet,helps companies understand the willingness of users to consume,rationally formulates marketing plans,and formulates strategic plans. |
