Research On Differentiated Marketing Based On User’s Demand Classification

Power system reform and power demand side management,comprehensive resource planning is the two themes of power reform.With the steady progress of Chinese power reform,has now achieved the power supply side of the market,the competitive supply of electricity online.Power demand side management is a comprehensive use of administrative,economic and technical means of demand side of the power of the planning method,can effectively adjust the power supply and demand balance,and promote the optimal allocation of power resources,in line with Chinese basic national conditions.Power demand side management is of practical significance to solve the current situation of power supply in China.The purpose of this study is to establish a scientific and accurate short-term load forecasting system of the city to deal with the increasingly demand-side management,improve the marketing ability of power supply enterprises and improve the market competitiveness.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the theoretical basis of differentiated marketing,the design and analysis of the feature database based on database migration and user behavior are constructed,and the user characteristics of tow users are analyzed based on the case.(2)Establish a theoretical system based on industry segmentation and dynamic clustering analysis;establish SVM,multi-layer neural network and forward load forecasting model to predict the user load;(3)Research on the development of private cloud load forecasting system based on large data platform,the design of the whole system and the control block diagram are completed.(4)The load forecasting system is applied in the actual production,and the system is used to analyze the clustering of the user industry,and the results of the system clustering,differentiated marketing services design.Through the power customer segmentation,the customer’s ability to predict a variety of electricity performance has been effectively improved to promote marketing services lean management and control capacity building,all-round upgrade the level of power enterprises and market competitiveness,the formation of customer and power supply enterprises Win-win situation.
