Research On Financial Risk Management Of Yabao Pharmaceutical Industry

Although the pharmaceutical industry is called "the never-falling sunrise industry",with the continuous development of market,the continuous deepening of the medical and health system reform,the aging of China's aging,the national liberalization of the second child policy and so on,drug structures and needs have undergone earth-shaking changes.With the continuous improvement of the medical system,higher requirements have been placed on the pharmaceutical industry.The person that seizes the opportunity and achieve transcendence in this social transformation will win the initiative.If the enterprise wants to achieve transcendence,it must strengthen financial risk management and turn risk into opportunity.More importantly,China's pharmaceutical industry lacks core competitiveness,there is still a big gap with the international pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,at this time,it has become urgent and important that strengthening the financial risk management of pharmaceutical companies.The research object of this paper is Yabao Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,which also faces new opportunities and challenges in this social transformation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Yabao Pharmaceutical's financial risk management and three basic financial risk management links:financial risk identification,financial risk assessment and financial risk control,this paper uses the report analysis method to identify the potential financial risks of Yabao Pharmaceutical.and reveal the reasons for the financial risks of Yabao Pharmaceutical.Next,cluster analysis is used to evaluate and analyze financial risks of Yabao Pharmaceutical,which is based on a comprehensive financial risk management system established by using factor analysis.Finally,according to the results of identification and evaluation,financial risk control measures and recommendations are proposed in a targeted manner.Through the research on Yabao Pharmaceutical's financial risk management,it analyzes the problems of Yabao Pharmaceutical's financial risk management,and then establishes a comprehensive and scientific financial system from three aspects:financial risk identification,financial risk assessment and financial risk control.The risk management system not only strengthens the financial risk management of Yabao Pharmaceutical,but also serves as a reference for other pharmaceutical companies.
