In recent years,with the continuous enrichment of the concept of "the conversion of new and old kinetic energy," various industries have seized the opportunity of transforming new and old kinetic energy,and promoted the conversion of new and old kinetic energy with "four new and four directions" to adapt to the development and progress of the times.Physical retailers and Internet ecommerce are facing their own development bottleneck,transformation and upgrading has become an inevitable trend.Under the triple-drive of consumption upgrading,technology upgrading and industrial upgrading,new retail emerges as the times require.Fresh agricultural product is a kind of special commodity.It is facing the serious waste of offline supermarkets,the current situation of a single sales channel and the fact that fresh electric merchants have been repeatedly failed.Based on the new sales model,the new retail model through Internet transaction and entity experience has brought new development opportunities to the circulation of fresh agricultural products.The emergence of the new retail industry means a major change in the retail format,and it is also a supply-side structural reform measure carried out by retail enterprises according to the current situation of their industries.At the same time,the emergence of new retail is also a reform and innovation to the logistics industry,which not only brings impact on logistics,but also brings new opportunities for development.Logistics business mode innovation and transformation and upgrading is an important way to adapt to the new retail.So what characteristics should be given to the new logistics under the background of the new retail,how to make the new logistics serve the new retail better,how to realize the synergy is worthy of our consideration.Because the main market for new retail enterprises is fresh product market,this paper focuses on the integration and development of cold chain logistics and new retail,and analyzes the integration development of new retail and new cold chain by qualitative and quantitative methods.For the new retail and new cold chain integration development and new cold chain development provide ideas and suggestions.To provide ideas and suggestions for the coordinated development of new retail and new cold chain.Combined with the latest research results of academic scholars and entry point of this paper,this paper is divided into six chapters to explore the related issues.The first chapter introduces the research background of the new retail and new cold chain fusion development,the relevant literature review,the content and the innovation point of the research.The second chapter,through the analysis of the dimensions of new retail,compares the newand old dynamics of retailing,expounds the connotation of the new retail,and analyzes the current situation of the development of the new retail.The third chapter discusses the fusion mechanism,driving force and restriction factors of new retail and new cold chain,puts forward the direction of integration of new retail and new cold chain,and sums up the network mode of the integration of new retail and new cold chain.And to establish a standard system and suggestions for the integration and development.In the fourth chapter,this chapter puts forward three modes of new retail and new cold chain fusion,such as extension fusion,strategic alliance,merger and reorganization,and chooses fusion mode through profit estimation based on game theory.In the fifth chapter,based on the development characteristics of new retail,the kinetic energy demand of new cold chain is analyzed,and the network layout of new cold chain is established with Fresh Hema as an example,and then the evaluation system of new cold chain is established based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This paper evaluates the competitiveness of the new cold chain under the new retail mode,and finally puts forward some suggestions for the development of the new cold chain.Chapter six summarizes the whole thesis.
