Internet Finance Government Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Research

Compared with traditional finance,internet finance develops a financial model based on internet.Although the history of development is relatively short,its huge scale of development,rapid development speed,broad influence and Exuberant vitality are incomparable to any financial model.Internet finance shows strong vitality,at the same time,there also existing some security risks,which not only harm the interests of internet financial customers,but also bring impact to the security and stability of financial sector.Under such circumstances,it is imperative for the government to strengthen internet financial regulation.In this context,this paper takes internet finance as the research object,studies and discusses the problems of internet financial regulation from the perspective of the government,and the research result is of great significance to the development of internet finance.This thesis takes internet finance as the research object,under the guidance of government economic function theory,government regulation theory,platform economy theory and financial fragility theory,studies and discusses the problems of internet financial regulation from the perspective of the government through the method of literature research and experience reference.First of all,this paper describes in detail the current situation of internet finance government regulation.On this basis,it analyzes the problems existing in government regulation of internet finance and the reasons for the problems.This paper mainly discusses the problems from the aspects of legal place,the main responsibility of internet financial regulation,the regulation of separate industries,the development of Internet financial mixed industry and the construction of internet financial credit system.In terms of the reasons,it mainly discusses from the aspects of imperfect internet financial regulation system,contrary financial policy and the development of internet financial,the shortage of technical talents for internet financial regulation,and the insufficient research depth of internet financial regulation theory.Secondly,this paper takes occidents as examples,introduces the practical experience of government regulation for internet finance and analyzes the enlightenment.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the specific strategy of government regulation for internet finance on the basis of referring to the practical experience of foreign financial regulation practices.The fundamental purpose of the research on government regulation of internet finance is to propose a systematic and operational government regulation scheme,which can not only provide reference and guidance for government regulation practice of internet finance,but can also promote the development of internet finance in China.
